Enter Details: Provide your order number and either your zip code, email, or phone number.
Choose Your Option: Select exchange for a new size or store credit.
Follow the Prompts: We’ll guide you through any final steps.
For store credit, we’ll deduct the shipping fee automatically from your credit.
For exchanges, just pay the flat shipping fee and we’ll send you a label.
After that, once we have you in the system, we'll process your exchange or store credit request. Once we receive the items and confirm they meet our policy, we'll email you the store credit gift card or ship the new size right away.

We accept EXCHANGES ONLY within 14 days from the date of delivery.
NO REFUNDS — NO EXCEPTIONS.
All returns and exchanges are handled through our Return Portal:

Items must be returned in new, unused condition with original packaging and tags.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged return shipments.
Exchanges are processed once we receive and inspect the original item.
We must receive the original suit before sending any replacement.
If a faster exchange is needed, customers may purchase the new size immediately. Once the return is received and approved, we will issue store credit.
All Mexico orders are FINAL SALE due to distance.
General Standards:
Once the order is placed, CUSTOMERS CONFIRM THEY HAVE READ AND ACCEPTED ALL POLICIES. It is the CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY to ensure the delivery timeline fits their event schedule. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for missed events, appointments, or deadlines if an order arrives later than expected. NO EXCEPTIONS will be made. By completing a purchase, customers acknowledge these terms.
